Click the button that reads “Don’t have and account/ Sign Up” to create a User Login. 3. After creating a login, you will be prompted to accept terms of use and will land on the home page. 4. You should review the SBA Form 2483 Form (or 2483-SD) and calculate your loan amount in advance.
