Lee Golden, Sanibel Captiva Community Bank senior vice president and director of retail operations, has been named board of trustees chair for Edison & Ford Winter Estates.
Golden, who has been an Edison & Ford Winter Estates board member and previously served as treasurer, will serve a one-year term as chair.
Edison & Ford Winter Estates has been awarded the National Stewardship Award from the National Trust for Historic Preservation. It is an official project of the “Save America’s Treasures” grant program, a Florida Historic Landmark and a National Register Historic Place. Recently, the Edison Botanical Laboratory was designated as a National Historic Chemical Landmark. Edison & Ford Winter Estates is open daily from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
