Kyle DeCicco

Kyle DeCicco joined Sanibel Captiva Community Bank (SanCap Bank) in 2016 as Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer. As the Bank’s first commercial lender with extensive experience in commercial real estate and lending, credit analysis, portfolio management of performing and nonperforming loans, and management of FDIC insured Loss-Share assets he was tasked with growing the Bank’s commercial real estate lending portfolio with local businesses and investors. John also serves on the Lee County Horizon Council as a member at large for the public-private advisory group to the Lee County Board of Commissioners on economic development issues. John graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and became a certified public accountant in 1990.

Veronica LeBlanc is Vice President and Office Manager for the Gateway Branch, where she is responsible for business development and oversees daily operations. Prior to joining SanCap Bank, she was the Assistant Branch Manager for a regional bank. She is active in the Gateway Community serving as treasurer for the Kiwanis Club of Ft. Myers/Gateway, a member of Local Chapters of Business Women, the Southwest Florida Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and Entrepreneur Society of America.

She has been a Southwest Florida resident since relocated here from Boston. Diane is the mom to one energetic and enthusiastic son, Carter (5).
