Kyle DeCicco joined Sanibel Captiva Community Bank (SanCap Bank) in 2016 as Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer. As the Bank’s first commercial lender with extensive experience in commercial real estate and lending, credit analysis, portfolio management of performing and nonperforming loans, and management of FDIC insured Loss-Share assets he was tasked with growing the Bank’s commercial real estate lending portfolio with local businesses and investors. Diane started her banking career at Connecticut Bank & Trust in 1984 and over the years has held many different positions in the banking industry. Diane has been a resident of Southwest Florida for close to 30 years.

Veronica LeBlanc is Vice President and Office Manager for the Gateway Branch, where she is responsible for business development and oversees daily operations. Prior to joining SanCap Bank, she was the Assistant Branch Manager for a regional bank. She is active in the Gateway Community serving as treasurer for the Kiwanis Club of Ft. Myers/Gateway, a member of Local Chapters of Business Women, the Southwest Florida Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and Entrepreneur Society of America.

Diane joined the Bank in 2016 as a teller at our McGregor branch and is now Vice President and Office Manager at the McGregor office. She has been a Southwest Florida resident since relocated here from Boston. Diane is the mom to one energetic and enthusiastic son, Carter (6).

In addition to her role as interim branch manager at the Bridge Branch she also serves as the Retail Bank Training Coordinator responsible for training retail banking personnel, including tellers and customer service representatives. She collaborates with retail staff and other departments to develop and deliver training programs that provide essential tools to help strengthen knowledge, productivity, and performance across the bank’s eight branches. Erin joined the bank in 2020 as a teller and customer service representative at the 7040 Winkler Road location and has also been a floating teller and customer service representative across all bank locations. A Southwest Florida native, she has previous experience in the real estate, mortgage lending and customer service industries.
