Beyond her professional accomplishments, Hamer is deeply committed to community service. She serves on the board of directors for Blessings in a Backpack, Southwest Florida Chapter, where she has been instrumental in fundraising efforts to combat childhood hunger. The winners of the 2025 INCredible Awards will be announced at a luncheon on Tuesday, May 13, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort and Spa in Bonita Springs. The event will bring together Southwest Florida’s top business and civic leaders to celebrate excellence across multiple categories, including Small Business of the Year, Nonprofit of the Year and Innovation Award.
