FORT MYERS, Fla. (Dec. 17, 2024) – Sanibel Captiva Community Bank is pleased to announce the hiring of Sandy Inness as the bank’s residential loan operations manager. Inness will be based out of the bank’s 9311 College Parkway and 1533 Hendry Street offices. In her role, she will oversee the day-to-day operations of the residential loan operations department, ensuring smooth processing and delivery of mortgage loans. She will manage the bank’s loan coordinators and processers responsible for loan origination, underwriting, documentation and compliance, while also streamlining workflows to enhance efficiency.
Inness joins the bank with over 20 years of experience in residential loan processing, underwriting and management. She most recently served as a senior mortgage underwriter for a large regional bank. Throughout her extensive career, she has held various roles including mortgage processing manager, loan originator, mortgage processor and trainer. In her previous roles, she has been recognized as a top mortgage processor and honored for her exceptional customer service and leadership skills.
