Will Decatur has joined Sanibel Captiva Community Bank as a senior systems engineer at the College Parkway operations center. His primary responsibilities include maintaining the bank server, network and security infrastructure. In addition, he will be involved in systems support, IT security auditing, infrastructure improvement and IT vendor relations.
Decatur relocated to Southwest Florida from Texas, where he worked with the Texas Education Agency as a senior network engineer and helped create a $50-million software application used in Texas school systems. Prior to his time in Texas, he was a technology firm partner in the Virgin Islands and worked for several Arizona companies as a network engineer. Decatur has over 20 technology certifications, including CompTIA, Cisco and Microsoft.
