Sanibel Captiva Community Bank will open a new Gateway branch at 11691 Gateway Blvd., Suite 101, located at the corner of Gateway Boulevard and Devonshire Lakes Drive. Construction is underway and the branch will open in the first quarter of 2017. In addition to the new Gateway branch, Sanibel Captiva Community Bank is opening a new downtown Fort Myers branch in the Edison Theatre building at 1533 Hendry Street in early 2017.

Customers will have access to hands-on, individual personal and business banking services from five bank employees who will staff the new location, as well as an ATM that will be accessible 24/7. Sanibel Captiva Community Bank’s residential loan officer, Mike Hartman, will also be based in the Gateway branch for customers’ residential lending needs.
