FORT MYERS, Fla. (March 20, 2024) – Sixteen employees from Sanibel Captiva Community Bank and Nor-Tech Boats recently volunteered with Habitat for Humanity Lee and Hendry Counties to raise the walls on a new home in McNeill Village, Habitat’s newest HOA neighborhood in North Fort Myers.
The McNeill Village neighborhood spans 10 acres and will have 36 single-family homes. The three- and four-bedroom floorplans range from 1,300 to 1,400 square feet. Construction is underway, with the first homes scheduled to be completed this summer.

Habitat for Humanity is a private nonprofit organization that is funded through the generosity of local individuals, businesses and faith organizations. By partnering with donors and volunteers, Habitat builds new or rehabilitates existing homes and sells them to qualified, low-income families using an affordable mortgage.
