Waskiewicz joins the bank with over 15 years of experience in human resources and organizational development. She most recently served as human resources manager for a local dermatology practice where she successfully led talent management for over 130 employees at multiple locations. She has held key HR roles at companies in various industries including construction, medical and several state agencies in Maryland where she spearheaded initiatives that fostered positive workplace cultures, streamlined recruitment processes, and enhanced employee engagement. Her strategic expertise and commitment to building strong, inclusive teams align perfectly with the bank’s ongoing efforts to invest in its most valuable asset—its people.
She brings an impressive array of certifications and licenses to her role, including SHRM-CP, public notary, and certified health benefits and retirement coordinator. These certifications underscore her deep expertise in key areas of human resources management, including employee relations, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
