- Acceptance of Agreement
By accessing, linking a funding account, or submitting a payment through our online loan payment service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of this service.
- Payment Authorization and Processing
When you initiate a payment instruction, you explicitly authorize us to debit or charge your designated funding account for the payment amount and any applicable processing fees.
- Business Days & Cut-off Times: Payments submitted on business days prior to the cutoff time of 7:00 p.m. EST will typically post to your loan on the same day. Payments submitted after this time or on weekends/federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Recurring Payments: If you elect a recurring payment plan, funds will be automatically debited on your selected payment date. If this date falls on a non-business day, the payment will be processed on the following business day.
- Fees and Charges
- Returned Payments: If your financial institution rejects, reverses, or returns a payment (e.g., insufficient funds), you authorize us to electronically redeposit the item and assess a $30.00 Returned Payment Fee. Your account may also be subject to standard late fees as outlined in your original promissory note. Payments redeposited and returned a second time will be reversed from the loan and may cause your loan to be late, subject to standard late fees as outlined in your original promissory note and may be reported to the credit bureau as a delinquent payment.
- Your Responsibilities and Warranties
By using this service, you warrant and represent that:
- You are the authorized signer or designated user on both the funding account and the loan account.
- All payment information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
- You will only link funding accounts for which you possess legal authorization to withdraw funds.
- Errors, Disputes, and Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe an unauthorized payment has occurred, you must notify your financial institution within 60 days of receiving the statement where the error first appeared. Disputes regarding specific payments, fraud, or chargebacks must be addressed directly with your issuing bank.
- Disclaimer of Liability and Indemnification
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use this service. This includes, but is not limited to, damages caused by network delays, incorrect routing information submitted by you, or system outages. You are solely responsible for scheduling your online payments at least three (3) business days prior to the actual due date to avoid late penalties.
- Termination and Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, except as otherwise required by law. Continued use of the service following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
