Meet Dawn

Dawn Hall is a Residential Loan Officer based in our Winkler location. She joined the Bank in 2020 as a loan coordinator and was promoted to residential loan officer in 2022. Dawn has more than 25 years in the residential lending, banking and sales industries. She is an active member of the Royal Palm Coast Realtors Association.

Dawn specializes in Federal Housing Administration (FHA) and Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) loans as well as traditional and portfolio lending. She implements down payment assistance for first time homebuyers, first responders, teachers, and healthcare workers. With 25 years of experience and knowledge Dawn makes the homebuying process as easy and effortless for her clients.

Dawn was born and raised in Fort Myers and is a third generation Fort Myers native. When she’s not working, she loves spending time with family and friends.  She enjoys taking cruises, boating, our beautiful Southwest Florida beaches and jumping in the car to discover new adventures with her husband.  She is a Miami Dolphins season ticket holder and diehard fan.
